I never thought what I was writing would ever reach anyone or anything besides my journal, so when the vision of creating a blog started to become a reality, I knew I wanted my purpose behind it to be the themes of being seen, known and loved. It’s easy to compare in today’s world — everyone’s posting their exciting news on social media, people are getting married before you, your friend just got a promotion and you can’t get the job you’ve been dreaming about since your sophomore year of college. When I started sharing thoughts I had written from my journal, all I kept hearing was, “I’ve been feeling this way too.” I say that humbly and with excitement because — you aren’t alone in your feelings. I hope you can see the beauty and excitement in each day — and that you always remember you are seen, known and fully loved.
